You reserve the vehicle for a set number of hours (minimum 4 hours for wine country excursions). Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire booking, waiting while you taste at each winery and driving between stops. You control the itinerary and pace — there are no per-stop fees or mileage surprises.
How many people can you accommodate on a wine tour?
We accommodate groups of any size using our existing fleet. Couples and small groups up to 6 travel comfortably in a Luxury SUV or Cadillac Escalade. Groups of 7–12 use a Mercedes Sprinter, and parties up to 15 book our Mercedes Executive Shuttle. Larger groups are served with multiple vehicles operating together.

We pick up from any Portland-area address — your home, hotel, office, or PDX airport. We also accommodate pickups from surrounding communities including Beaverton, Lake Oswego, and Vancouver, WA. Can we customize our winery itinerary?
Absolutely. You choose the wineries. We drive, we wait, we navigate. If you have reservations at specific estates, we plan around them. If you prefer a spontaneous route through Dundee Hills or the Chehalem Mountains, we are happy to let the day unfold. Our drivers are familiar with the region and can offer suggestions if you need them.
Do you provide wine tour service year-round?
Yes. Oregon wine country is beautiful in every season — harvest in September and October, quiet cellar door visits in winter, and spring blooms starting in March. We operate 24/7 year-round, including holidays and weekends.
Is gratuity included in the rate?
Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate and is at your discretion. A standard gratuity of 15–20% of the trip cost is customary and appreciated by our professional chauffeurs.
